We disassemble the seal, clean it, inspect the spring components, replace damaged parts with new ones, and replace or lap the friction rings. All O-rings and sealing elements are also replaced.
Your mechanical seal will be fully operational again – for 60% of the price of a new one.
Before replacing a seal, check its actual condition – in many cases, refurbishment is a more cost-effective option. If the damage is significant, we will recommend an equivalent replacement.
How does it work?
- We disassemble the removed seal and assess its condition.
2. We clean all components, repair the spring system, and replace the secondary seals. Friction rings are either ground and lapped or replaced with new ones, depending on their condition.
3. The seal is lubricated, reassembled, and prepared for reinsertion into the pump.
