Flat Gasket Production

Mechanical Seal Overhaul
We offer repair services for mechanical seals. We disassemble, clean, and inspect spring components, replace damaged parts with new ones, and either replace or re-lap sealing faces.
We also replace all O-rings and other sealing elements. The seal is restored to working condition at
60% of the cost of a new one.
In case of severe damage, we automatically offer an equivalent replacement.
Graphite Ring Production

Impregnated Carbon Parts Production
We offer custom manufacturing of various components from carbon rods impregnated with resin or antimony. These materials feature unique properties ideal for a wide range of industrial applications.

- Bar stock with a maximum weight of up to 40 kg and up to ∅ 200 mm
- Bar stock with feeder up to ∅ 75 mm and a maximum length of 400 mm of the machined diameter
CNC Drilling and Milling

- Maximum workpiece height 400 mm
- Through-feed machine grinding with 2 abrasive belts and 1 brush, sheet thickness from 0.5 mm to 30 mm

- Sheet grinding up to a width of 1150 mm and a weight of up to 300 kg
- Grinding to surface roughness Ra 0.5 to 0.8 µm
- Measurement of complex parts using a 3D CNC measuring device
